| Schematic Design - Where
Your Project Starts |
When a new project is initiated, we assess the client's requirements,
the allocated theatre space, the time factor, and the proposed budget.
From this assessment, a project program is developed which guides the
process of design. Additionally, we create an initial layout of the
theatre space that addresses initial spatial relationships and
requirements. |

| Design Development - Your
Theatre Takes Shape |
As the layout becomes defines, we begin
to articulate theatre dimensions with ideas about structure, texture
and material . At this stage the client and ARN Systems establish an
agreed overall understanding of the design.
In home, offices already built, we use existing drawings, if
available. We also make site visits to take field measurements of the
space. In new constructions, we work with the architect and/or the
interior designer of the project in coordinating our design with their
plans. Our design development package includes complete floor and
ceiling plans as well as all major elevations. Once approved by the
client, it will serve as the framework for the next phase of our
services, which is the construction documentation.

A complete set of construction details to direct
the architect and others in the building. |

Interior Design - Selecting the Right Finish |
In conjunction with our construction documentation services, color and
materials selection and coordination completes our design services.
Through our relationship with top suppliers in the industry, we have
access to a wide range of quality carpets, fabrics, furniture, movie
posters and other accessories. The client reviews our colors and
materials and together we make the final selections. |

Construction Management/Coordination - Insuring Quality |
The involvement of ARN Systems and our project architects during the
construction insures that the design is executed accurately and that a
level of quality is maintained.
We are available to the contractor of the project either by phone or
through periodic site visits to answer any questions about the design.
We review and approve drawings and samples for specialty construction.
We order accessories such as seating, fabrics, carpets, appliances,
light fixtures, specialty moldings, marquee signs, curtain motors,
etc. and have them shipped directly to the site. |

Theatre construction cost |
Our theatre designs may cost an average of Rs 250-Rs 500 per square foot
for local clients excluding audio/video electronics and installations, however there is
flexibility to accommodate a wide range of budgets. The actual per
square foot cost depends on selected finishes, the level of design
customization and fabrication, as well as regional construction costs.
During the initial consultation with the client, the allocated space
for the theater is determined and measured. ARN and the client agree
upon an initial per square foot cost. By multiplying the space by the
per square foot cost, a projected budget is determined. This serves as
a benchmark for monitoring construction costs throughout the project. |

Fee for our service |
|
Our fee is a fixed amount based on the square footage of the project.
The fee covers the cost of our architectural and design services as
well as the construction supervision. During the course of the
project, we periodically visit the client and the site to supervise
the work in progress. |

Setup |
Most often clients complain of "not upto the standards" performance of
their personal theatres after much survey we found that this is due to
the in-correct implementation of the A/V design.
We at ARN take up the responsibility of installing and tuning
accurately the electronics purchased by the client. All installations
are carried forward calculatively using the state of the art RTA's and
other acoustic instruments. |
